Connie in Morocco and Beyond

These are my travel experiences beginning with my Peace Corps service in Morocco from 2006-2008. At the request of friends and my own desire to document, I continued blogging my journeys to other countries as well as in the U. S., including my service as a Peace Corps Response Volunteer in South Africa for most of 2014. This blog will continue as my travel journal.

HAPPY Birthday to me! Not too much new; am finding that I am much busier than I planned or want to be, but know that it a result of my choices, so will get it figured out yet! Spring in Billings, MT has been like Seattle...lots of rainy and/or cloudy cool days with only a few days of really nice sunny weather, but we sure do have lots of greenery now!

Had a quiet birthday; lunch with female relatives (one daughter, two sisters, two nieces) and spent a good part of the day working in my home office, then curled up in a blanket in my cool basement and watched "The Blind Side" which I liked. Out to play cards w/friends on Saturday, then taking Cinda and boys to Lewis and Clark Caverns and Virginia City Sunday and Monday. Off to Bozeman and Helena the next week for my Council, then on to West Glacier for three days with friends. Don't mind the travel as long as the destination is enjoyable and roads are good. Am eager to use my RV this summer...if and when it comes!
