At the request of friends and my own desire to document, I continued blogging my journeys to other countries as well as in the U. S., including my service as a Peace Corps Response Volunteer in South Africa for most of 2014. This blog will continue as my travel journal.

CHRISTMAS 2009 was wonderful. I did a "Christmas Memory" at one of the Christmas Eve services and reflected on my Moroccan Christmases. What a stark contrast I had from 2006 to 2007, then again from 2007 to 2008. And this year just a bit different, with me in my own house once more. I am so blessed. Hosted 12 family members for dinner; we had snowy weather. All is good.
